CUSTOMIZATION INSTRUCTION :

1. Please fill out the required fields on our product page.

2. Our designer will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm the draft prior to production. The design will be ready within 2 days after payment is received. You may edit up to 3 times. Any additional customization will incur additional charges and processing time.

3. If you have any questions with regard to your design or RUSH ORDER, please Whatsapp us first prior to ordering. Click the Whatsapp button on your bottom right side.

PRODUCTION / DELIVERY TIME / SELFPICKUP

1. This is a customized and made-to-order product. We will need about 3 working days to complete this product. We are OFF on Weekends and Selangor Public Holiday.

3. Delivery within Semenanjung usually takes about 2-3 working days and Sabah/Sarawak is 5-7 working days. We use NinjaVan for delivery. During the festive season, your delivery time might be longer than the estimated time.

4. The delivery time of the order is approximate only given by NinjaVan.  Akudankraf shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused by Ninjavan.  We might change the delivery service without prior notice if we find it necessary.

5. Self Pickup is available at our Studio in Kajang during our operation hours. Monday (9.30am to 6.00pm) to Saturday (9.30am to 12.30pm). You can choose Self Pickup at the Check out page.

6. Runner delivery is also available for the Klang Valley area. Price will vary depends on your location. Please Whatsapp us for rates.
