Delivery of items are done via 3rd party service providers(Poslaju Malaysia). Poslaju is Malaysia’s Express Mail Services with tracking number. Once posted, your item will be deliver to you within 2-5 business days depending on your location. We will try our best to post all of your orders as soon as possible. Nevertheless, akudankraf shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance of the providers. You may track the status of your item at http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/
On case by case basis, we might use other Service Provider such as CityLink or GoGet in order to ensure your product arrives on time. We will advise you accordingly if there is any shipping provider changes prior to posting your product.
Most of our product are made to order. Please note the processing time stated for each product. Product will only be posted after the processing time.
If there is no processing time stated means it is ready stock and it will be posted the next working day after payment.
For Customised/Personalised Items
Please take note on the posting date that has been quoted for your item. Posting date is based on slot availability and production processing time.
Monday to Friday only (10:00am to 5:30pm). We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Selangor Public Holidays.
Damages due to Delivery
While we take every care to ensure that your items are in good condition, we will not be liable for damages that might occur during delivery. Issues will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us as soon as possible within 5 days if you are unsatisfied with the condition of the item.
Returns & Refund Policies
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All items purchased during Sales, Discounted price or Promotion cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: No. 16-3 (2nd Floor), Jalan TTDI Grove 1/1, Taman TTDI Grove, 43000 Kajang Selangor, Malaysia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
