CUSTOMISATION INSTRUCTION:

1. Please provide the Bride & Grooms Names, Event date, Hashtags/location and background color.

2. Our designer will contact you via Whatsapp to confirm on draft prior to production. The design will be ready within 2 days after payment is received. You may edit up to 3 times. Any additional customization will incur additional charges and processing time.

PRODUCTION TIME : 

1. This is a customized and made-to-order product. We will need about 2 week to complete this product.

2. For RUSH ORDER, please Whatsapp us and check slot availability before ordering. You can Whatsapp us by clicking the Whatsapp button at the bottom right section of our website.

3. Delivery within Semenanjung usually takes about 2-3 working days and Sabah/Sarawak is 5-7 working days. We use NinjaVan for delivery. During the festive season, your delivery time might be longer than the estimated time.

4. The delivery time of the order is approximate only given by NinjaVan.  Akudankraf shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused by Ninjavan.  We might change the delivery service without prior notice if we find it necessary.

5. Self Pickup is available at our Studio in Kajang during our operation hours. Monday (9.30am to 6.00pm) to Saturday (9.30am to 12.30pm). You can choose Self Pickup at the Check out page.

6. Runner delivery is also available for the Klang Valley area. Price will vary depends on your location. Please Whatsapp us for rates.C
